Question- What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?

Answer- A standard clean is a routine cleaning that is done to maintain the cleanliness of your home, ensuring you have a clean home and clear mind. A deep clean is a more in-depth cleaning focusing on things like baseboards, high dust areas, and tough messes.

Question- How often should I book a cleaning?

Answer- The frequency of the clean depends on how often you would prefer. Weekly cleans are better for homes with high foot traffic, animals, or kids. Where as bi-weekly cleans are better for homes with less foot traffic, no animals, or kids. You can schedule a cleaning weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every two months.

Question- Do I need to supply anything?

Answer- There is no need to supply anything, I have everything that may be needed. If there is something you would prefer me to use, that is okay!

Question- Are pets okay?

Answer- Yes! I love pets of all kinds, and I know how important they are to the family.

Question- How long does the cleaning take?

Answer- The time of the cleaning depends on many factors, the size of your home, the type of cleaning booked, the cleanliness of your home, and any add ons. The cleaning can take anywhere from one hour to eight hours, depending on what needs to be done. The first clean always takes longer.

Question- How are payments made?

Answer- Payments are due at the time of your cleaning. Payments can be made by check, through Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Question- Do i need to be home?

Answer- No, you do not need to be home. Just make sure you provide instructions on how to get into the home.
